How to Lose Weight In Face?  You lose weight everywhere. Some say that you can’t lose that face weight.  Others say you can’t lose 10 lbs on this diet. No I didn’t lose 10 Lbs in 3 days but actually 11 Lbs in 4 days. What???!! I can’t believe myself. I’m super duper excited and my trousers are already saying no to stay over my belly. It doesn’t matter WHAT diet you follow. Because diets may make you lose weight, but you will NOT keep it off. The most important thing is to make LIFESTYLE changes to lose weight and keep it off for good. Diets don’t work nor does fad products and pills.
