Your body decides where fat will be stored and which fat stores it will use when you eventually do lose weight. How to Lose Weight In Face? You lose weight everywhere. Some say that you can’t lose that face weight. Others say you can’t lose 10 lbs on this diet. No I didn’t lose 10 Lbs in 3 days but actually 11 Lbs in 4 days. What???!! I can’t believe myself. I’m super duper excited and my trousers are already saying no to stay over my belly. I must say that I followed the diet exactly as it was mentioned and drank a lot of water. Also I did yoga and light exercise in the morning. Lots of love!!

Wowwww, just wowww its like a magic. I could’t trust myself when I looked at the weighing scale on the fourth day. Is that honestly me or is the scale wrong? Scale is right and I’m now only 168 pounds down by 9 pounds from 177 in just 3-4 days after following the 3 day military diet. Finally something worked. It wasn’t easy but results are worth the pain i bare. My face, arms, and legs all look noticeably skinnier (says my boyfriend)
