I am very happy after using the 3-day military diet. It has saved my life. I weighed a whopping 230 lbs at just the age of 23 and I thought that I would never be the skinny little girl I was in middle school again. I was not this obese until I got to college and developed really unhealthy habits. The more overweight I became the more lethargic and apathetic I grew. Since I found this wonderful diet plan it has been a unique experience.  It definitely is a different type of diet. Some say that my story isn't one of the true a military diet success stories because I haven't reached my goal.  But these same people claim that it is a fad diet and you can't lose weight on it.

Well I have definitely lost weight on this deit.  Now not only do I feel a bit lighter but I am now more confident and more a self-reliant person. I was at my highest in March of 2015. I hated looking at that dumb scale in my bathroom. It was then in July 2015 that I started the 3 day diet. I told myself that if it’s the question of just 3 days then I would surely give it a try. And the results are there for everyone to see. I lost 10 lbs. in the first week itself and lost more than 70 lbs. in a total of two months. You really just have to stick to the plan.

I am a mother of three children. I have struggled with my weight ever since the birth of my first child.  I went on other diets but the 3 day military diet was effortless. Before getting on the diet I turned to food for comfort.  Any time I felt worried, depressed or sad I would eat. Because of this habit of mine I shot up to around 230 pounds. I couldn’t believe this person that would look at me in the mirror. Was this really me?  Thankfully, I used the 3-day military diet and I have loved the results. I know I'm not supposed to stay on the diet for weeks at a time but when I first started I went for 5 straight weeks.  But it really was easy because I never felt hungry.  I managed to lose at least 20 pounds the first 2 weeks!

I work as a receptionist in the same building as a health care clinic.  I see doctors and nurses all day.  They are constant reminders to take care of my health and my body. I feel like I'm judged quite a bit on the shape and of my body.  Overall healthy comes in many forms and shapes.  But if it comes down to a simple choice I would rather be slender.

We all know how easy it can be sometimes to get into bad habits.  Sometimes my shifts were at odd times and I had a hard time adjusting my diet.  It was even worse when I had to travel for work.  I never exercised and ate even worse than normal.  This made my weight and health really go on a roller coaster. Fast food was easy and quick.  I  felt awful throughout the day and noticed that the scale kept inching higher and higher.  I felt stuck.

I started searching for a program to help me lose weight. I tried many different programs but had little lasting success. Of course when I first found the 3 day military diet I was very skeptical.  How could I eat these weird foods and still lose weight?

Well I decided to go with the plan anyway.  I figured I wasn't out much.  There were no pills, potion, or special foods that I had to order.  The food was cheaper than my normal diet so I was actually saving money. I was also pretty excited by some of the results that others had gotten.

The first day was the hardest but even then it wasn't that difficult because I wasn't too hungry.  But biggest temptation was to just snack.  I was also a habitual Diet Coke drinker.  I thought no calorie drinks were OK but I think they give you more of an urge to overeat.  I read on 3daymilitarydietplan.com how important it is to drink water and lots of it.  So I did my best to drink lots of water.

Amazing, the diet worked. I wasn't one of these military diet success stories that lost 10 pounds in the first week.  But within 10 days I had lost nearly 5 pounds. My coworkers and even my boss told me that I looked great.  Since then I have lost an additional 13 pounds. I am almost to my target weight and it has taken almost zero willpower on my part.  I can't encourage this diet enough!

I am an executive assistant in an office where my job is to meet people on the behalf of my office manager. My job is to make appointment and meet with associates on behalf of my boss.  I was always self conscious of my body when meeting new people.

Your beauty can be an asset. This was especially true at my job. The busy schedules would make me crave for junk food and other sugary treats. I worked long hours and the more stressful my job was the more I would eat.  The more I ate the more weight I gained.

I used to feel that some of my colleagues were losing weight and were looking good. They introduced me to the 3 Day Military Diet Plan.  To say I was surprised was be a huge understatement! When they first told me I honestly thought it was a joke.  I really didn't think it could be as easy as it was.  But I decided to give it a try anyway.

Giving up my desserts were hard.  And being at parties drinking water wasn't the most exciting thing in the world.  But I was committed to keeping the diet and losing weight.  And that was exactly what happened.

I would definitely recommend this program to my family and friends. I'm thrilled that I was even asked to be part of the military diet success stories section!

Greg didn't give us much of an explanation on his diet.  He simply sent in the pictures.  Can't argue with the results!

I am a stage actress by profession. When I say “stage actress” it is well-known the need for maintaining a cathgood shaped body with no extra flaps. The role of an actress changes especially when you do younger roles where your body appearances too have a vital role with the character.

In between the practices, I consume lot and seriously a lot of junks thinking I could compromise with my exercises. To be true nothing worked much. Day by day I was gaining weight and losing shape as well. My worries started growing badly as I was not sure what to do; whether to go for diet starvation or the strenuous exercises.

Referred by colleagues and friends I thought of trying the ‘Military Diet Plan’. I read through the norms and meal plans which were really comfortable and soothing. The most exciting thing was that you do not have to compromise with anytime food and it can be began in your off days.

There were other advantages like you can consume fruits, ice creams, and, of course, the cheese which I really loved. I followed the diet for the first three consecutive days. I felt hungry in between which made me drink more quantity of water.

This helped me in the easy digestion of my intakes and I was really happy. The changes of losing weight were quite considerable with the prescribed diet. I did not have the dilemma in knowing what recipes to make as everything was well-fit into the program.

The program was successful and I achieved my target. I would surely recommend for my friends and dear ones.

Dave - March 10, 2016

I just started on the diet. It really doesn’t take much to do it. I’m only on day 2 though. Hope it works!

Boris the Blade - March 12, 2016

Looks gimmicky but fun. I suppose I have to try this now.

Cathy - March 12, 2016

The diet really can work. It isn’t easy though. I tried something really similar. The portions were about the same.

Javier - March 12, 2016

I’m going to do this. I’ll let you know how it goes. I hate this little bit of fat that hangs over my pants!

Bill - March 12, 2016

I’m down 4 lbs thus far. Really didn’t think this dumb thing could work. Sure could go for a Boston Creme pie though. 🙂

Larry Fournillier - March 12, 2016

You know it works if it isn’t supposed to.

Rina Shah - March 15, 2016

Maryame Abdeen - March 15, 2016

Is it a new version if military diet ir what?

Michelle Paragallo - March 15, 2016

Lost 6 pounds in the three days and then on a 1500 calorie a day diet from then on lost four more for a total of 10 pounds since the new year. Going back on the 3 day diet today to get my metabolism going again. Love this diet. Give it a try! Eat healthy on your days off and the weight won’t come back at all!

Lori Barzvi - March 15, 2016

Do you have to drink coffee/tea? I don’t drink either but wondering if the caffeine is a part of the whole chemistry to make it all work? if so I will drink it!

Destiny Krogsgaard - March 16, 2016

I remember the exact same diet was popular about 25 years ago and was called the heart health diet. I tried it and made it to day 2.5 and broke it with some fresh doughnuts on Clacton Pier. They were the best doughnuts I have ever tasted in my life…

Ps grapefruit and peanut butter together. Not. Very. Nice.

Dawn Turner - March 16, 2016

I hate fish of any sort, although Salmon is probably the best, rest i cud handle

JASI_NURSE - March 17, 2016

My question is if the wt. comes back really fast after you stop the diet, how have you benefited from this? How does this diet promote a healthy maintainable wt. and lifestyle? There are no three day fixes out there.

    Rhonda - September 19, 2016

That is right..there is no fast fix. This diet is meant to be used with a healthy lifestyle of the other 4 days, staying around 1500 cals a day. This diet doesn’t just last 3 days..but a whole week…3 days of the military menu followed by 4 days of 1500 cals.

It does work and to maintain the weightloss, you do have to make healthy choices. This promotes a healthy lifestyle.

Havi983 - March 17, 2016

Eating a little differently from usual for a few days is maybe not that bad – expecting this to help your health is not realistic. 10 pounds in 3 days? Seriously. Only someone who has a lot of weight to lose could do that (think Biggest loser starting week size). Try eating exactly what is on your spark meal plan for three days on hit the low end of the calories. Keep that up and you will do better than losing 10 pounds – you will have healthy nutrition that will last a lifetime!

Jary - March 22, 2016

i lost 9 pounds. I am very happy with the results of this diet. It gave me hope that there is something that will work for me. It gave me a boost of confidence and self esteem.

searis - March 22, 2016

I really would like to try this military diet plan need to lose at lease 20lbs in 45days, is that possible?

spiritwalker - March 22, 2016

This is the one I am following…. I just started this today, and I am very excited to do it…. I am doing this and doing work outs with Jillian Michaels. I am on the obese scale and am looking at losing roughly 100 pounds. I will be sticking to a 1200 calorie diet, as 120 is my optimum goal. Keeping my fingers crossed

Mathia - March 29, 2016

THarris - April 12, 2016

    donna - December 8, 2016

No i lost a total of 15lbs by doing it 3 times 3 days on and then the following week 3 days and then a few months later that was last feb and i have still kept it off totally changes your body and you burn the fat rather than store it stick at it until your target weight

Tia Antrum - August 2, 2016

Day 1 Looking forward to my success story.

RAVEN - August 4, 2016

If anyone is interested, I’m going to be trying it this weekend WITH MODIFICATIONS. First, I’m switching the dinner meal to lunch, less heavy at night, more in the day when I’m actually burning the calories. Second. No hot dogs. I’ll eat the 3 oz of lean meat that it calls for instead. Instead of a whole cup of ice cream I’ll eat nonfat frozen yogurt. Instead of white bread I’ll eat whole grain. I’m needing to drop fast. I am trying to get into the navy reserve and they are weighing me on January 26. I’m 172 and need to be 152…I need to at least appear to be losing. I think with these modifications and excercise I’ll still have a good shot.

    MilitaryMan - October 19, 2016

Hi Gret, we’re pretty strict about the diet (see substitutions). Many people have made the diet work though by tweaking it to their liking though.

    donna - December 8, 2016

Nells - October 27, 2016

Jamika - November 16, 2016

Because targeting your fat loss at the stored fat is what you really
desire instead of water weight or muscle tissue of other weight loss plans.

Juliet - November 18, 2016

It’s nice to read success stories. I don’t know if I’m ever going to be able to lose weight 🙁

Ilovecandy - November 30, 2016
